Website Database Disappeared

Hello,

The database for my website at gethitchedweddings.com has disappeared. The database is still in the sql, it is just showing up as empty now.

Is it possible for you to bring it back up as it was working a few days ago?

Please advise what my next step is to get my database back up.

I put up a backup database for the time being.

It is several months behind though so I would still like to get back the database that was lost if that is possible.
