website database problem

I'm using joomla and phpbb on my website and whenever I try to access it I find this: Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database

also i can't get into my website's cpanel.

If you are on a completed server, try doing this:

Go to phpMyadmin through cPanel and use the Export feature to backup your database.

Go to MySQL Databases in cPanel and drop the user from the database but do not delete the user.

Reassign the user to the database giving all permissions.

What cPanel URL are you using? The correct URL can be found in your Account Panel at http://x10hosting.com/control

thanks corey! it works now. by the way techairlines I'm using the right cpanel, I just couldn't access it at all before.

actually i can't log in to cpanel. Also, i can't seem to find where to find the banner for x10hosting (i had it on my site for the longest time but it's gone now, so i was wondering if the code changed.
