Website Databases Lost

i created a support ticket and found that my website has lost its databases. i had two programs installed Piwigo and Joomla that was used for my website. After the Data transfer, i lost all my databases. Files are intact, but I would like to save some time and see if my databases are somewhat recoverable. If they are what should I do and any other tips and tricks Ya'll have

Here is somemore info as I did some digging in my site tonite.

I tried to go back to Softaculous and Fantastico and when I click on them in Cpanel I receive this error:

Fantastico is unable to connect to your MySQL server at this time. Please contact your host for assistance.

Then when I try to connect to PHPmyAdmin I receive this message:

#1129 - Host 'int.stoli.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

any ideas guys/gals
