Website doesn't load

I signed up for free hosting and I am having a few issues with my website. When I try to visit the domain google chrome gives me an error and says the server could not be found. I am also having a few cpanel log in problems that seem to go away and comeback.

Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

Clear your browser cache, change your DNS servers to Google public DNS, or you could have even been blocked by the server firewall. There are a lot of reasons.
