Website Doesn't Load

I read that the DNS problem is fixed, and the websites should be good now... Well, I still cannot load my website, and when I tracert to it, the connection gets dropped at the same Global Crossing IP.

As you've said the problem is still with global crossing, its byond x10's control.

Ok, so what am I supposed to do, move to the US? Lol....
Somehow change the DNS? Make/find a proxy that doesnt slow down my internet which is in US?

Is your site working for you correctly now? I can load your domain fine: http://sapphire.pcriot.com

If you cannot.. The server's firewall may have automatically banned your IP address. If you PM it to me, I can check to see if it has.
