Website doesn't show up correctly

I mentioned that problem in one of the today's treads (http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/37358-website-not-working-strange-issue.html), which has been closed without solving this issue.

Corey said that site is fine - the files are OK, true, it seems nothing is wrong with them, but site still doesn't show up correctly ...

Account Manager Panel does not report any problem, nor does cPanel. So what's wrong?
