Website down and FTP issue

Hi, my website went down a few moments ago (www.eyapps.cl). When I try to see it in the browser a 404 error appears.
I also can't access the server via FTP and when I try through CPanel with the File Manager tool, it says that "No files where found" in the home directory.
Also I checked the FTP accounts in CPanel and the default accounts are not there anymore...

What happened???

PS: My site is in the Lotus server
