Website Down? Answers Please

Hi,
my website has been down for 3 days now... and I am curious what is going on?

sometimes it works other times it doesn't?

It looks like a Cloudflare issue to me; the request is getting lost on the way to the CDN (long before it gets to the x10 servers).

I think it could be cloudflare as I use it but it decided to call it quits one day and hasn't worked for me... but I think I have solved it now and I think my site is working. Thanks for the answer by the way.
