Resolved Website Down, Cant Access to Direct Admin

Hello There,

Im having issues login in to the DirectAdmin Panel, i tried with the old method, https://x10hosting.com/sso/main

and using https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 (According to my ftp settings x11 is my server.)

I can see the DirectAdmin login display, but i cant log in to my account.

also, my x10 hosting subdomain says: Apache is functioning normally
my Domain says: This site can’t be reached

It looks like your account was purged for inactivity. Your last login was in December. Your account would have been eligible for deletion in January, and then deletion in February. Deletions happened in March, then restorations happened at the end of March. In the future, please don't depend on email notifications for logins because they can be blocked, sent to spam, or as in this case, not sent.

I'm requesting an admin look at your account.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.
