My page is blank and displays "Apache is functioning normally." When I try to log into C-Panel I'm told the sign-in is successful but then I get the error: "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in." If my page has been deleted, is it possible to restore it?

Before the backlog of account pruning was performed, your last login was in December. In January your account was eligible for suspension, and then by February it was eligible for deletion. The pruning was done in March. Recoveries were offered last month as a one-time-only courtesy since the disruption in email reminders from the server move. Now the window for the original recovery period has closed. If your account can be recovered, please be aware that the login requirement is every 30 days (not once a month), and you must login to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main . FTP and forum logins do not count.

And admin will have to review your account and see if it can be restored.

Your account should now be restored.

I advice you to not rely on email as your sole reminder to login, it has been known to end up in spam folders for some as well. In my opinion it is also wise to login a bit more often then once a month, as a means to keep yourself informed about upcoming changes.
