Website Down + cant login into cpanel

i cant login into Cpanel
Login Attempt Failed!

your website is loading but Giving a Database Connection Error.
You should be able to login to Cpanel.Try after updating your password from Account Panel http://x10hosting.com/control

For Database Error check whether the Db user has all privileges,just apply it once more
