Website down, dont know what to do

My website has been down for over a month. I know you guys had to move the servers, Im not all that upset, I appreciate the free hosting. I tried creating a ticket through support, but it said support was down for my server, and to check the forums. There are literally tens maybe a hundred posts of news and updates, and I didnt know where my update would be.

I just need to know if this is going to be indefinite? Or maybe my account just got lost in the mess or something. If there is something I can do on my part, please tell me.
