When you use the IP address, the server has absolutely no way of knowing which of the many websites it hosts to serve. It can't serve up your site unless you tell it you want to see your site, so you have to use your domain. I'd check your domain for you, but you haven't told us what it is.

ignition.x10.mx is working, but it redirects to ignition.ml, which breaks it. While the WHOIS entry for ignition.ml looks right, I can't get a DNS resolution for ignition.ml at all. It may simply be a matter of waiting for DNS propagation, which can take time (up to three days, although it's normally a matter of hours). Until ignition.ml resolves, nobody can get to your site because of your redirect. It may be a good idea to remove the redirection until you're sure ignition.ml is working.

I didn't add a redirect it does it automatically, i removed the parked domain and it still redirects. Regarding the DNS propagation, ive had this parked domain connected for a while, its not a matter of waiting for it to be configured.

The redirect likely comes from wordpress, it will automatically redirect all incoming requests to the domain that was used during setup (or later configured in site URL).

I did a quick check before you removed the parked domain, and my conclusions match those of essellar, everything on our servers looked right, but the domain does not actually resolve, and since that was already covered I didn't feel the need to say the same thing once more.

Have you tried contacting the registrar to see if there's something their end? The way things looks from my perspective is that the domain have issues in that end, there's nothing in configurations here that should be an issue as far as I could see.
