This morning when I went to refresh my webpage www.soupcantheatre.com (aka soupcantheatre.x10.mx), I got an error page with this message:
Warning: require_once(/home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fancybox-plus/libs/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fancybox-plus/fancybox-plus.php on line 26

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fancybox-plus/libs/core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fancybox-plus/fancybox-plus.php on line 26

I haven't touched any of the code, plugins, or any other part of the website in months. The site was loading fine yesterday, and today it's broken! Before starting this support thread, I tried to fix it myself; I used c-panel to navigate to /home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fancybox-plus/libs/ and did indeed find that core.php was missing. I opened a locally stored backup zip file I have of the website from March, found the missing core.php file and re-uploaded it to the /fancybox-plus/libs/ directory. After fixing that, I tried refreshing the website and got this message:
Warning: require_once(/home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/core.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/wp-pagenavi.php on line 17

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/sct/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pagenavi/wp-pagenavi.php on line 17

Based on the fact that I fixed the fancy-box error and immediately got essentially the same error but related to a different plugin, I'm going to guess that for some unknown reason, files called core.php (perhaps only in the plugins folder, perhaps elsewhere) have been deleted. As I said, I haven't touched the website in months, these core.php files aren't malicious scripts (they are all pretty standard plugins) so I can only assume this is due to some issue or error at x10's end. The website is on the Absolut server. If you need any more information please let me know!

ps. I deleted the fancy-box core.php file again so that the website is in the same state it was when I first noticed the error in case that helps the x10 team troubleshoot the issue. When I load the page I now get the first error fancy-box message again, not the second one - which makes sense since I deliberately undid my fix.

It's been over 24 hours since I posted this issue and my website is still down. Can I at least get confirmation that someone is looking into it?

Not sure as to how or why they may have been deleted, but the fix is to simply reupload the missing files.

I've restored the two core.php files you've referenced from our backup archives. Let us know if you there are any others that you need.
