Website down & email reset

1.My site http://miko.silk.com is down.
2.Can admin change my email to pe-bear@hotmail.com because i can't reset my password.Email is not coming to my current mail.

the name servers for silk.com are not at x10, you would need to check with the owners for the name servers as they dont seem to think they server out the host miko.silk.com

As for your Email, you should be able to change that for youself logging into your x10hosting.com/login with your forum account.

Okay,i will change my NS,but i can't change email because i need to click a link in the email it sends to me,but i don't receive emails with links.

If you login to your cPanel and update the Email address in there, it will be updated in all our systems in about a day.
