Website down for over a month!

Well i have been wating for all the updates and things the staff is doing in the servers, so i tought that was the problem but now that im checking other websites they seem to work fine and mine just says "web site not found" ._. i can even acces CPANEL and now its says that i dont have any website up that i have to register another one.

So if any admin or staff memeber could help me that would be great please.

You have no hosting account linked with you, what's your cPanel username?
