Website down. Its on Stoli. Is that why?

Its been down for over 13 hours. I checked the service alerts and Stoli should be 100% transfered now, with only minor cpanel errors and such, but I can't access my website, ping it, or access cpanel. Any help would be much appreciated.

Your server Stoli is recently transferred to a new Machine... Things will take time to start working properly..
