Website Down/Offline Everyday!

Hi, I use a third party website to monitor the uptime of my website. Everyday I receive the following downtime report from them

the error detected is:

Error was detected at 2010-05-09 02:02:04

Can you kindly tell me what this error means and if you guys will fix this?

I can access your website but you do not have index.html (or index.php) in your public_html directory so the site is just showing a directory listing.

Did not see any other problems.

Well as I said, it's not down all the time, it's down at certain periods during a day as the above report gives the time and date.

Since the downtime reports kept coming each day I had to move my files to another host, that's why there's no content in my x10 account anymore. But if I can get this resolved I'll be back!
