Website down since 4 days. Please help

Hi,

My website has been down for 4 days now. The page only shows 'Index of/' (but no listings of files or folders).

Website url: www.abc-roster.com, or abcroster.x10hosting.com

Can someone please help?

I can login to cPanel, but only from lotus.x10hosting (not lotusnew.x10hosting).

Did you tried the cpanel at http://abcroster.x10hosting.com:2082

and check for the files in public_html folder
Theses are the files it shows at http://abcroster.x10hosting.com

if you don't have index html file.

I have no files at all when I log in cpanel using the URL you provided ?!
Did my files not get moved when switching from lotus to the new lotus?

When I click on 'Login to cPanel' from my account details, the link is https://lotusnew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

Is there something wrong with my account?

I'll copy all my website files manually.

I don't think there is wrong with your account, It is the link to cpanel,

just use https://abcroster.x10hosting.com:2083/ for cpanel,

They are missing when I log in the cPanel url you give me.
If I log in using the cPanel url I used to use (https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/login/), then all my files are there.
That's why I think my account was moved to a new server, but not my files.

I'm currently copying all the files manually.

As far as I know the account panel shows the correct cpanel link, Use that.

Instead of manually copying all files, use a backup and restore the backup on the new server :)

When I said manually, I meant that I compressed all the files from root directory, downloaded it and then uploaded it on the other server. I'll know about the back up next time, thanks :)
