My website has been down for quite some time. Not only is it CPanel, but also my domain goes nowhere.

Especially this part:
"In regards to ALL users that were on fris that no longer can access cPanel via the account panel due to it still pointing to fris, this issue should be resolved in a few days when we sync our back end system with WHM. Your server will then show correctly in the account panel.
Until that happens, you may determine which server you are on by doing a ping to your domain name."
But I tried to ping my domain name, and it came back saying it couldn't find the host. I did a traceroute as the next poster suggested, and here is the result:

So I sent a PM to Hellsheep; this is what I said:

My site has been down for a while. . . I think it's a separate issue than the fris migration stuff, but I could be wrong. . .

Also - I just tried to change my domain to an X10 subdomain just for troubleshooting purposes and I got this error:
