On my website (http://andrewtheart.pcriot.com), I'm getting --

If you dont know already (a newbie) you can upload your webfiles to a folder called public_html via ftp the home page has to be called index.html, if you have no website you can create one with the website builder in your cpanel,

No, I've had a website for a few months(?) now and it seems like everything was deleted today or yesterday.

I *might* have a local backup somewhere... but I know you guys make backups too (this has happened to me before)

FTP seems down, so I can't fix this myself.

I think he is commenting on what is happening on a few sites right now. Just the default "welcome to x10hosting" page is up and there is no access to the sites / Cpanel or even ftp.

He should be creating a support ticket to look into this.

OK, I posted a ticket.

I've never done that before, normally my issues are all solved on this forum (Free Support). You guys have been very good about fixing my problems quickly.

But the new(?) system seems good.

If you are on Stoli there has been a harddisk failure. You have the same error as I do. Your site should be back up soon.
