My website is down since Sunday ( http://sajty.elementfx.com ).
I'm on the boru server and I can login here: https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083
When I check the file manager, I see an empty directory.

I have seen some topics that boru is having a system upgrade, but when will this be fixed?
Why is it not listed in Service Alerts topic?
Until now, I had no problems with x10hosting. Nice work.

hi, I'm afraid there is an issue with the cPanel File Manager(s). Please try using an FTP client for the time been and I've alerted staff.

Unfortunately the FTP is not working too.
