Website Down?

[WinGate]

When i try to go to my webpage blog.exofire.net i get this error:

DNS Error - Server cannot be found


When i try to login to ftp i get this error:

Status: Resolving IP-Address for blog.exofire.net
Error: Invalid hostname or host not found
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

When i try to login to my cPanel i get:
DNS Error - Server cannot be found

When i login to my account i see:

Apache HTTP: Online

MySQL: Online

Exim: Offline

cPanel: Online

FTP: Online

DNS: Online

It seems to be UP but webpage is not working. I got same problem last time when Ciroc server was down.
Is the Ciroc server down?

IF: YES then is no problem..i'm gonna wait untill problem will be solved... because with so many users/accounts tehnical problems can happen anytime and i know that are hard to solve.

Weird.... Your Apache is up, but your site's not working. I don't think it has to do with the server upgrades, if the Apache is up. But I'm no expert.
