Website Down

Hi, my website, www.henvil.com, is not accessible, not even with my email client (pop3). Can't access cpanel, webmail, nothing. It has been that way for serveral days. Please Help. Cpanel Username is bhenriqu

At Brandonsgames utility it displays the following:

What server are you on? The website works for me, maybe try clearing your cache?

It doesn't work for me either.
I'm on Cossacks server, and I have regular downtime, allthough it never seems to last long.
It's been running a little slow for a while, but I just check the "server up/down" thread, and it always tells me the situation.
It's nice to be able to see if it's the host, or me that's made it offline, as I'm constantly adding new things to my site, and I get a little paranoid sometimes.
That thread helps a lot.
For anyone not sure which thread I mean, it's here.

I am also on the Cossacks.x10 server and my website hosted there (www.phillyotaku.com / http://phillyotaku.x10hosting.com) has been down for a few hours as well. Any update on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

According to your link, http is down on Cossacks.
