Website + email are down on x15

Hey all, my website + email on x15 have been down sense monday, I can still access the control panel but not my website, I can also access emails but can't send or receive.
This is of course a problem as I use email on the daily to check up on things.

im on x15 as well but mine seems to be ok.
have you made any changes recently that may effect it ?
do you get any error messages ?

Nope, I just log in every 20 ish days to keep the service active, otherwise I made zero changes.
I'm currently getting it handled on discord support, so if that fails i'll come back here.

Turns out .ga domains where deleted, which I used.
Switching over to a .net domain and issue was resolved.
