Website Error

This support request is regarding website funcentral.co.cc
When I open my website it shows the directory page of the website.
I am also not able to login into cpanel
When I try to login into cpanel it says login failed.

Please resolve this error as soon as possible and get back to me

I checked the status of server
But it is also written their that sites have been successfully moved to the new server
Then why I am getting this error?

I apologize for not making myself clear. What I am trying to say is that your account does not appear to have been fully migrated to the new server yet. Once this process is fully completed everything should be back to normal.

It had more than a week till when I am getting this error
And visitors of my website are very annoyed with me

So please tell me when this process would be finished.

All the a/c have been migrated but still I am facing the same problem, I am unable to login to the CPanel and my website is not still opening.
Please see to the problem and get back to me.

I visit your site but there are no files at all.

I will escalate for that problem. This will close the thread but you can follow your Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top OR by logging onto your Account Panel.

As far as the cPanel logon problem, go to your Account Panel and change/reset your password (when they ask for your 'old password' , they mean your current Forum password). This will reset your cPanel and Forum passwords to the same thing.
