Website files missing

Hi,

I am not able to backup any files while the host is being moved/repaired.
However, after the updates in the dashboard section in the account panel. I noticed that my website files and webpages are still missing. Are they still being restored?

About the latest update, is it correct that individual free hosting account are being unpacked one at a time to the new server?
