hi, i hadnt done anything to my site in a while and when logging in it doesn't work,

i think possibly my account was terminated??

i am wondering how i can recover my files??

I do not show any account linked to your Forum account.
Sounds like your hosting account was suspended for inactivity (not logging into the Forum at least once every 31 [was 14 ]days) and then (after 10 days suspension) deleted.
If that is the case, your files are not recoverable.

If you remember your cPanel account username, an Admin can double check, but I am afraid that probably will just confirm the bad news.
