Your hosting account doesnt seem to be linked with any hosting account.Whats your Cpanel username ?

Hi,

my cPanel username is: thomases
or alternatively: thomas_esken@gmx.net

I have no problems accessing the cPanel, but simply my
webspace is gone since about 2 months if i remember
correctly as this was the first time I've faced problems.
Also, ftp'ing to my account created a: Connection refused
error. Al the time before moving the servers I've had no
problems but it seems to me, my webspace was not
reinstalled on the new servers, i.e., simply omitted.

it is necessary that your hosting account should be linked with forum account.Then only you can remain active.So link it .you can do it from your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control
Also whats your domain name.

no, my forum account is and always has been properly
linked to my client account.

My domain hosted by x10 is:

http://www.thomasesken.x10hosting.com/

As I already said, it seems that my webspace was
dropped while the server moved some weeks ago.

Sorry ! but i cannot see a hosting account linked to your hosting account.So are you telling that when you login to account panel and click VIEW DETAILS you can view your hosting account details.
JUST ASKING TO VERIFY.

Ok, in cPanels home, there is at the upper left a yellow bar
telling me something about my forum account, but there is
no yellow bar telling me something about my hosting account.

The hosting account was dropped, as I told you before.
So where can I get details of it when it's not existing anymore
and the infos are virtually zero!

Again, as far as I can remember, my forum account AND my
hosting account have been linked together properly in the past.

Here's my account id: MMP1039879

which is the only information available now about my GONE
webspace.

Hi,

seems everything is working now properly.
I just recreated my webspace and I got my old
domain without any problems.

I have to upload all the gone junk again now.
