Hi Community Support,
I'm trying to find out where my website has gone.
It was here... dungeon.x10host.com/
...but now all I see is... "webpage not available"

I tried...
http://dungeon.x10host.com/
and it says... "domain does not exist"

Then I tried...
dungeon.elementfx.com
dungeon.pcriot.com
dungeon.x10.mx
dungeon.x10.bz
...and they all say "domain does not exist"

Logging in... "successfully logged"
Next message... "No Web Hosting Account - You will need to register for a new account."
What? So where are my websites?

I have received no messages about this.
My last email was long ago, I received an email back in 9/29/12 from Bryon E, it was only talking about the subdomains.

Any help will be appreciated.
Max

It is entirely likely that your account has been deleted. If it wasn't when you started your first thread, it will have been by now. Unfortunately, records for the reasons for suspension/deletion aren't maintained anywhere I have access to, but it sounded like you were suspended for inactivity. Please note that, while notifications are sent, they aren't always received -- depending on the originating address, some ISPs/email services are still silently discarding x10Hosting mail (although it's no longer on any spamhaus or block lists) or routing mails automatically to Spam. In any case, if your account was suspended for more than 14 days, it will have been deleted (along with the data) and backups are not available. (I know it's not what you want to hear, but the Terms of Service clearly state that backups for Free Hosting are the users' responsibility -- that includes my site as well as yours.)

...my gosh........!?

Thank you for the reply Essellar :)
I appreciate the acknowledgment.

Yes my account has been suspended for inactivity before and more than once.
It was almost becoming routine for me. I have been referring other people to my site from time to time, I had my CV on there, I would only log in if I needed to change something.
Yes I have a back up copy but the links that I have emailed to friends and some businesses are not going to my back up copy.

Deleting everything without warning is the worst thing that x10 could do to a user yet the suspension emails make out inactivity to be no big deal.
It maybe in the Terms of Service but I did not see anything in the inactivity suspension emails about the possibility of the site being deleted.

This is appalling communication from x10.
A warning before hand would at least give me time to cheek that my back ups are all up to date.
I think that other users would sympathise with my frustration when I say that this is not responsible.
