I think this is actually a support thread, and many of us (myself included) are dealing with this issue (which I'm currently appealing because I know for sure that to the best of my knowledge, nothing has breached the ToU for my hosting account). For now, just have patience; hopefully, the X10Hosting support folks will get to the bottom of this.
