Website has been down for a while

I know that the servers were down, but now when I go to my page http://markandtomi.x10hosting.com it says "forbidden."

I know that the stoli server was down for awhile, but I saw that it came back up recently.

it looks like you are missing your index.html or index.php file.try logging into cpanel go to the code editor and just put something in it like "hello" then save it as index.html. see if that works.

Thanks for the thoughts...

I went through cPanel and went File Manager --> home--> www --> and I saw all of my files, including an index file.
The last time I updated my site, I did it the same way and it worked fine.

So perpelexed...

Your index page seems to be missing. You need to place your index page in the public_html folder for your site to open. Right now I can see the folders that you are having.
