For the last few weeks, months I can't access either the cPanel nor my website www.studentbillboard.x10hosting.com. First I thought it had something to do with moving your server, but nothing has changed and the website just doesn't exist anymore. I regularly log into the forum, so that should not have been the problem.
Any suggestions?

If you have a suspension known as transfer of files. Then read the following quote i wrote ahead of time.

Quoted : Hellsheep

Currently accounts on the old cossacks and lotus servers, are being suspended as transferred, i have no confirmation from Corey yet as to the exact reason. Although i do believe it is to prevent any updates to files during the transfers.

The way it works is if you update your files during the transfers, the files would update on the old server, and not be reflected on the new server.

This way the accounts are suspended so there is no data loss what so ever from files not being transferred from the old server because they were updated after the account was already transferred.

Sorry about the inconvenience.

You can see any updates at http://status.x10hosting.com
The Above Quote was Taken from http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-h...ount-suspended-user-moved-another-server.html

This basically means that people on your server, cossacks are being transfered to another server. They suspended you only so you can not access your files as they are being moved. You will be unsuspended afterwards.

Were you on the Cossacks server. If not this could be due to you have no files in your cpanel, a other suspension, or

Try reseting your main domain as www.studentbillboard.x10hosting.com

You can do this in the control panel after you login at
https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php. After you login go to free hosting and settings below. After that is done, it should work again.

Hope this helped,
Matt

When was the last time you saw your site online? Also, what was your cPanel username?
