ok before you start flaming me, please realize i have no experience what so ever in php css ftp etc. i am just making a new website trying to learn how to. so dont flame for me making really retarded questions :biggrin:

on that note:

how do u change/add the website page or add html files?
how do you add a cms to you webpage?
can you run .exe files in ftp?

By using either FTP and uploading the files to the public_html folder (Don't touch anything else) or using the File Manger in cPanel.

how do you add a cms to you webpage?

Either by installing it from Fantastico (in cPanel), or uploading the uncompressed .zip file that you can download from the CMS' website.

can you run .exe files in ftp?

No.
