website is down

When I attempt to view my site I just get a "Can't connect to server message." However, I can login to my cpanel and see my files. I also logged into the forums too. I do not see a suspension. Please help. Thank you.

This is due to the current server upgrades and migrations.
Just wait a little while and try again.

This is been happening for ages with me(about 1 week and a 1/2), im just waiting. Should be done soon.
