My site camille.x10hosting.com is down and the following message is showing:

The domain "camille.x10hosting.com" is available.

I can't log in to Cpanel neither, it says "Login Attempt Failed!"

What should I do ?

I've noticed that my contact email in my "user CP" section of the forum was wrong. I updated it (now it's ok) and tried to re-link my forum account to cPanel, but I never received the confirmation email.

Note that I'm not a new sign-up. My site has been created almost 3 years ago.

Please help !

if you are unactive on forums for 2 weeks you get temp suspended

i think 2 days after that you get deleted if you don't respond about it

Oh ok...so everything is gone, right ? There's no way to get it back ?

So I guess that's the end of x10hosting for me, after 3 years. It's a great community but it's too much effort for just a simple personal site as mine (family photos).

Something like mySpace should suit my needs better.

No you just have to log into the forums once every two weeks. No posting is required although it is encouraged



As far as the original poster i will need a cpanel user name and i will also need to know if you were on adfree or adenhanced.

My cPanel username is : camille

I was on AdEnhanced (Advanced).

It is more than probable that I did not log in the forums for the last 2 weeks.

Actually I checked the forums regularly but I use the "remember password" option of FireFox. And recently I have deleted my FireFox settings & cookies. So I guess I was checking the forums only as a guest...:dunno:
