Website load error - transferred to fris? Yes. Stopped working 10 min ago.

You said it has been transferred to FRIS, AND IT WAS WORKING 10 minutes ago. Now it's not. Please, I have some urgent things to do on the site. Get this fixed.

All I get is that on a white background.
Please go to file manager in your cPanel and check to see if all of your files are there and then report back here.
That will give us a big clue where to go next.

I'm having this same problem with my website with the exact same error page. I am not getting any sort of text saying avatar destiny portal when I go to his site either.

My mistake. I was looking at the wrong URL. I see the page you are talking about now. Still need to know about the files though.

Okay.
Clear your browser cache and then try to login to your cPanel again at:
https://fris.x10hosting.com:2087/
You may see a warning message about site certificate. You can ignore that for now.

If you are unable to login to your cPanel try this:
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.
