Website never works

Is there a reason why my website is always going down when I make changes? This is getting frustrating!!!!

I am using Joomla and everytime I try to change something it becomes unavailable. This is both the front end and back of the site.
Is this the side effects of a free account or is this common for other website?

I don't know but i've also noticed my site goes down a few times a day for a few minuites?

This is a issue that has been kinda present for some days by now.
There have been some words about what might be causing it on the feedback forum, but yet, it is a bit annoying when it happens, but hopefully, given the time, it will be fixed.
