Website No Longer Available

It said I was suspended, but now I no longer have it up. It said my cPanel no longer exists, wtf?. I was going to work on my website for my school and upload a bunch of clubs. If websites terminate spontaneously, then I cannot have this service. What was the reason for my termination, and can I recover all the files that I worked on?
