Hi,
I have the domain: http://cerebrex.x10host.com/ and had logged on to cPanel during December and January (I can't recall if I signed in in February or not). I can still access the site via my FTP account (tried it about 10 minutes ago), but I when I try to open Log In through cPanel I get the following error.
cPanel.PNG

When I try to access the website online, I get the following message about Apache
Apache.PNG

I imagine I'm doing something wrong, but I don't know what.
Please help.
Thanks,
-S

@Anna can you please check this one for a transfer issue due to inactivity?

Looking into this. Looks like your account may have an issue, did you ever manage to log into DirectAdmin after going into the panel?

What host do you have for the ftp, due to the account issue I'd guess you are connecting the old server and not the new one, as ftp would likely not work either to the new server right now.

Your account should now be good to go. The reason for the issues was there was no login in february, and head admin pruned servers a bit more then he said he would, so anyone who had not logged in for 60 days got purged.

We left the option to restore those accounts though due to not giving a suspension as a warning first.

I was able to log on to DirectAdmin today by going through the https://x10hosting.com/sso/login page. As for FTP, I've been using an offsite FTP manager (CoreFTP Lite) to update the site's content. It seems none of the updating I've done since December was to the correct host; would you be able to tell me what I've been doing wrong/what server I should be connecting to (it used to be xo5.x10hosting.com)?
I can send whomever the information for FTP access I've been using from back in the day....

You can use

ftp.[your website goes here] port 21

This will give you an invalid certificate error if your FTP tries to use FTPS.

You can also use FTPS to x11.x10hosting.com since x11 is your server and it has a valid certificate. Please be aware that your server may change as x10 performs upgrades and you will have to change your server at that time. This is what you are seeing now with xo5 not being your server.

@cerebrex I'm marking this issue as resolved. Please create a new thread if the need arises. Thank you.
