Website not available - Am I premature in trying to connect

I just now published a website using free hosting with front page 2003 and it shows to be uploaded successfully, but when I try to connect up live, it says not it is not available. Do I need to wait a while and try to connect up again.

Try clearing your browser cache and history and then closing and reopening your browser before checking your site again.
