Website not available via GoDaddy.com after unsuspension. Please resolve.

Hi guys.

A couple of days ago my account was unsuspended after a few hours of suspension. After this, I've been able to access my website via the x10hosting link (vox.x10.mx), but not the GoDaddy one (www.voxrecords.com), which is my main public address. The GoDaddy people told me they couldn't do anything about it, as it was a problem related to my website host. So I submitted a ticket to your team, but haven't heard from you yet. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible? Many thanks.

I show the .com as an add on domain, but the subdirectory for it is empty.

Is it supposed to be a parked domain (ie, the same exact content as your main domain)?

yes, exactly the same content.
the .com was just a "cover-up" address.

why has my open ticket disappeared after a few days of getting no reply? it's no longer there.

Not much forum users can do. Opening a new ticket would probably be your best bet.
