"Website Not Found"

Hey My site eng-championship.x10.mx is not being found when i click on it, ive been on my account panel and it doesnt say im suspended and the website is set as "Active" cPanel is perfectly fine too, my friend has made a account and he is on the "starka" Server and his site is loading up, yet mine is on the "stoli" server, is there any way to swop the account over to that server? just wondering.

Your website is loading fine for me at this time.
Try clearing your browser cache and try again.
Sorry, but it is not possible to move accounts to different servers.

well thats weird, cleared my cache and sent the link to my friend over messenger and he got the same "Website not found", im using Firefox too. okay thanks for the info on the server switch, just i know some hosting sites allow it , but yeah i still cant get onto the site, i can provide a screenshot of what i get if needed, but this is what i get redirected to

http://hosting.x10hosting.com/
