Website not found?

Hi,

Upon my hosting account being processed, I began to upload the files... yet I go to my URL, and it says 'Website not Found' when it clearly states the URL in my hosting account details. I'm just rather confused.

Just clear your browser cache.

I've tried that, multiple times. I also had assumed that was the issue. Upon consulting other people to check the URL, they get the same error, being on different computers, different places.
