Hi,

I am using a different top level domain with my free account but the the url takes me to the cgi bin error page. It has been over a week since I updated my dns and I do not have any pending account actions too. The user name is rahuld86 and the email id is rahuld86@gmail.com. Please guide me as I am planning to add more domains.

I do not see any top level domains registered in our system for your hosting account (your main domain shows as borntrouble.x10.mx). You will need to either change your main domain to the other domain or add it as a parked domain (I'd recommend the latter as it's generally faster), and then configure the dns on that domain.

Thanks skizzerz. I already tried that. Even a folder is created in the cpanel file manager with the name of the domain I was trying to configure but in the list of addon domains I see "No addon domains are configured" in red. When I try to configure the domain again I get "Error from park wrapper: rahulsingh.net is already configured". rahulsingh.net is the name of the domain I'm trying to configure by the way. I have already pointed the domain to the required dns. What should I do?

Wait for another day or two and see if it gets resolved automatically.
Else, it will need an escalation.

Exactly where do you want the new domain?

1. Replace as main domain

2. Park so retain current main domain but both point to the same content

3. Add on so domain points to a subdirectory of public_html

Guys, I just added two more domains and they were configured successfully. But that one domain that I actually want there is not configured. The domain name is www.rahulsingh.net Please help. I need to add it as an addon domain.

Hello,

It appears that there is a "ghost" copy of your domain somewhere, as cPanel thinks it is considered yet the domain is not registered anywhere in our system. I'm going to escalate this to a support ticket so that the higher-ups can take a look at this issue and see if they can resolve your issue.
