Website not loading

I put my files in public_html, but I don't have anything loading on my site.

Do you have an index.html or index.php in public_html ?
Did you just open the account?

Yes, I put an index.html file of my homepage in public_html and it still comes up:

cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Problem: Website displays cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Will escalate so a Staff can fix this. This will close the thread but you can follow your Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top OR by logging into your Account Panel.
