Website not loading

Neither my website nor my cpanel are loading. It tries to load but then returns a "took too long" message. This has been happening for the past hour or so.

lotus is now fris and yes i cant access my site yet again for the umpteenth time this month ?

fris is not stable at all ! can someone give me a leed time when fris will be up and running again?
