Can you go to a command prompt and do a "tracert <yoursitehere>" for me?

You might be affected by the problem we had with Global Crossing routing people to one of our IPs.

Sure...
OK I have those results here -

This only started happening yesterday while i was updating the pages and it suddenly stopped working.

I changed the IP address of your site from .216 to .219. For some reason any traffic that goes through Global Crossing gets lost on it's way to .216

This should be reflected within a few hours and start working again.
