website not openig

I have been created my website.http://hdweb.elementfx.com.
\"index.html\" file placed at public_html folder.
when I open my website, an error page coming!
my wesite is http://hdweb.elementfx.com.
But opening page is http://hdweb.elementfx.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

please help me.
