Website not opening

My domain www.vinkle.com is not opening but it redirects to cgi bin page. What may be the problem.

There are no add on domains in my cpanel, so please assign vinkle.com domain to vinkle.com folder.

Your main domain ( http://vinkle.x10hosting.com/ ) loads fine for me.
You need to add your domains back through cPanel: http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/ (click on Addon Domains)
Currently, just the subdomain is listed under your account.
